Erika Grauzinis is a creative designer at American Greetings Corporation, where she works on card products. She is also a freelance illustrator, and has taught Illustration at the Cleveland Institute of Art as an adjunct faculty instructor.
Erika graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 2019 with a BFA in Illustration. She is originally from the Chicago area, but resides in Cleveland Heights, OH. She has a passion for travel, and has taken numerous road trips across America, as well as visited Central and South America. She studied in Spring of 2018 at the Camberwell College of Art in London, learning new illustration techniques and visiting other European countries.
Her love of art began at a young age, and she began to paint landscapes in oils at 9 years old. Deciding she wanted to pursue Illustration while in high school, she chose to attend the Cleveland Institute of Art. There she reached greater heights by learning new skills like Graphic Design, 2D Animation, Character Design, and large-scale painting. She held leadership positions in multiple clubs and events, won the school-wide t-shirt competition twice, and won several other awards for her work at CIA.
